DESCRIPTION

POSITION: Sales Account Manager

DURATION: Permanent Full-time

LOCATION: Oakville, ON (outside sales covering Southwestern Ontario)

SALARY: Competitive structured (Base Pay + Commission) + Pension + Fuel Card + Benefits

Qualifications

• Knowledge and/or experience in motor control / industrial automation industry.
• Technical diploma (University or College education in related Electrical studies)
• Sales experience in Ontario with customer-centric focus.
• Willing to travel across the province (covering southwestern Ontario, including Mississauga, Milton, Guelph, London, and surrounding areas)

Overview:

• Develop and maintain business relations with company distributors in Ontario.
• Develop technical presentations to OEMs, Engineering Consultants, and end-user customers.
• Develop important customer relationships and maintain communication with customers.
• Assist in having company products approved on customer vendor lists.
• Evaluate if products meet customers’ technical requirements and specifications.
• Monthly forecasting of sales
• Follow-up on customer opportunities, drive growth and profitably and meet yearly sales targets.
