  • Monitor and maintain High-Level Control (SAC) and PLC-based automation systems to ensure efficient and reliable system performance.
  • Utilize diagnostic software, performance dashboards, and maintenance tools to assess system health and identify opportunities for optimization and increased throughput.
  • Conduct inspections, testing, and maintenance activities in accordance with company standards, OEM recommendations, and site maintenance procedures.
  • Analyze equipment performance trends and support reliability improvement initiatives through failure analysis and preventive maintenance enhancements.
  • Accurately document maintenance activities, fault histories, corrective actions, and spare parts usage within maintenance management systems.
  • Collaborate with operations, engineering, and supervisory teams to communicate system status, escalate critical issues, and implement corrective actions.
  • Support system upgrades, software updates, hardware retrofits, commissioning activities, and engineering-led improvement projects.
  • Ensure strict compliance with all Health, Safety, Environmental, and Quality (HSEQ) requirements, including lockout/tagout (LOTO) procedures and PPE standards.
  • Participate in continuous improvement programs focused on system reliability, operational efficiency, and asset lifecycle management.
  • Perform additional duties and special projects as assigned.

Required

  • Associate Degree, Technical Diploma, or Certification in Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering Technology, Mechanical Engineering Technology, Industrial Automation, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 5 years of hands-on maintenance experience supporting automated material handling, conveyor, or logistics systems.
  • Strong understanding of mechatronic systems, including motors, drives, sensors, actuators, conveyors, and automated controls.
  • Experience troubleshooting PLC-controlled equipment, preferably Siemens-based systems.
  • Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, mechanical drawings, wiring diagrams, and technical documentation.

  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated commitment to safety, quality, and operational excellence.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and perform effectively in a fast-paced, mission-critical environment.
