We are currently recruiting for the following excellent Industrial Utilities Technician opportunity for our client located in Boca Raton, FL.

Position: Industrial Utilities Technician
Pay: $70,000–$80,000 annually + Great Benefits
Location: Boca Raton, FL
Status: Full-time, Permanent

Responsibilities:

• Operate, maintain, and repair facility water treatment and distribution systems.
• Perform water quality sampling and ensure compliance with industry standards.
• Troubleshoot and repair pumps, motors, air compressors, chemical feed systems, and related equipment.
• Monitor and maintain controls for water processing equipment to ensure optimal performance.
• Respond to emergencies and perform corrective actions to maintain continuous facility operations.
• Oversee external contractors performing repairs on water-related equipment.
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards.
• Maintain accurate documentation of maintenance activities and system performance
• Keep the facility clean and free of debris.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical or vocational training preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in water systems maintenance within an industrial or manufacturing environment.
• Strong troubleshooting and repair skills for industrial water treatment and distribution systems.
• Working knowledge of local, state, and federal water system regulations.
• Ability to work independently and respond to system emergencies as needed.
