Salary: $90,000 - $110,000 per year /

Lead Hand / Welding Supervisor
Location: Vaughan, ON
Salary: $90,000–$110,000 annually
Hours: Approximately 7:30 AM–5:00 PM, with occasional Saturdays
Team Size: Supervising approximately 8–10 employees
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Welding Supervisor, Lead Hand, Welding Foreman, or similar leadership role
- Strong hands-on welding experience in a machine shop, fabrication, or industrial manufacturing environment
- Experience supervising and coordinating the daily work of welders and shop employees
