Position: Weld Sales Representative
Location: Canada, , Mississauga
Salary: $60,000 - $85,000 base salary + 30%-40% commission potential / Salary + Commission

One of our leading clients in the industrial manufacturing industry is seeking the following:
Position: Technical Sales Representative – Welding
Rate: $60,000 – $85,000 base salary + 30-40% commission potential
Location: Covering Southwestern Ontario – Head office in Mississauga
Duration: Fulltime, Permanent
Work Arrangement:
- Remote position with travel throughout assigned Ontario territory
- Significant customer-facing and field-based activity (70-80% on the road)
- Occasional office attendance as required
Qualifications:
- Strong welding background with experience in welding applications, equipment, and processes
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and CRM systems
- Ability to travel throughout Southwestern Ontario
Responsibilities:
- Develop and grow sales within the assigned territory
- Prospect new business opportunities and maintain existing customer relationships
- Prepare quotations and recommend solutions based on customer requirements
- Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and customer visits
- Negotiate and close sales opportunities
- Participate in trade shows and industry events
- Maintain accurate customer and sales records in the CRM system
